MOA ADVOCATES LLP is the Predecessor of   MWAMU and COMPANY ADVOCATES which was born in 1997.

Over the years the firm of MWAMU AND COMPANY   handled various assignments in conveyance, debt collection, litigation (commercial, civil, and criminal cases) and alternative dispute resolution both for corporate clients such as banks, companies and individuals alike. Presently our team is composed of 2 partners, 4 associates as well as several para-legal clerical staff.

We provide a full range of legal services to clients in a broad range of areas including Conveyancing, Election Petitions, Banking, Complex Commercial litigation, Insurance Litigation, Industrial matters pertaining to Labour and Employment, Arbitration, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Tax, Intellectual Property Rights, Criminal Litigation, Constitutional and Human Rights Law, Family Law, and Succession and General legal work.
